This Refund Policy explains the terms governing refunds, cancellations, prepaid services, memberships, and product purchases. By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or buying products from Glam Revolution, you agree to this Refund Policy.

01 General Refund Policy

Salon and beauty services are personalized, and therefore refunds are generally not provided once a service has been completed. Genuine concerns relating to service quality or billing will be reviewed fairly by our management on a case-by-case basis.

02 Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Incorrect service performed due to staff error
• Duplicate payment or accidental multiple transactions
• Incorrect billing or overcharging
• Cancellation by Glam Revolution where rescheduling is not possible

03 Non-Refundable Services

The following completed salon services are generally non-refundable:

• Haircuts, styling, coloring, keratin, hair botox, and other chemical treatments
• Facials, skincare, and clean-up services
• Waxing, threading, and hair removal
• Nail services including manicure and pedicure
• Makeup and bridal services
• Grooming and customized treatments
• Promotional services and discounted packages

04 Appointment Cancellation

Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time may be eligible for rescheduling or refund of advance payment, subject to management approval. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the advance payment or deposit.

05 Advance Payments

Advance payments for premium services or bridal bookings are adjusted against the final bill. They may be forfeited in cases of repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, or violation of booking terms.

06 Bridal & Event Bookings

Bridal and event bookings require advance scheduling and a non-refundable booking advance to secure the date. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days in advance. The booking advance remains non-refundable even if the date is changed.

07 Memberships & Packages

Memberships and prepaid service packages are generally non-refundable after activation unless services cannot be delivered by Glam Revolution due to permanent closure or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. Unused services within a package may be transferred or extended at management's discretion.

08 Product Purchases

Salon products may be returned only if they are damaged on arrival, defective, or incorrectly supplied. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

09 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method wherever possible. Refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days after approval, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

10 Promotional Offers & Gift Cards

Gift cards, promotional vouchers, loyalty rewards, coupons, and complimentary services are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law. Promotional offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

11 Duplicate Payments

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded promptly after confirmation. Customers are requested to provide proof of the duplicate transaction for faster processing.

12 Service Concerns

Customers should report any service-related concerns within 48 hours of the appointment. We may offer corrective services, follow-up appointments, or another suitable resolution instead of a monetary refund, depending on the nature of the concern.

13 Fraudulent Claims

Refund requests based on false information, fraud, or misuse of services may be denied. Glam Revolution reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of fraudulent claims or abuse of our refund process.

14 Changes to This Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be published on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
